Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to logically classify and organize data provided by suppliers, customers, contracts, terms commitments, etc., to implement them properly in Microsoft Office Access 2003 and to create a meaningful application, which offer easily adding, editing and deleting the item. Application should easily and reliably allow the user to keep track of his business partners, actual delivery dates and terms of transmission contracts and above all, to have the ability of modifying these data. The thesis consists of four head parts. The first part includes the theory and concepts of database issues. The second part is dedicated to the DALSELV DESIGN company and to analysis of current records contracts. The third part contains the application design itself and in the last part, the effectiveness of this proposal is reconsidered.
