Sada mistrovských medailí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na moderní ztvárnění medaile. Jejím záměrem je kombinace slitin, ale také využití různých technologií k dosažení požadovaných výsledků. To vše doplněné o galvanické pokovení jednotlivých částí odlitků. Při této práci bylo využito metody vytavitelného modelu a bentonitové formy. Hlavním cílem práce bylo ukázat, že medaile jako takové lze odlišit od běžně ražených peněz litím a tím jím přidat na významu a originalitě. Práce obsahuje podrobné popisy jednotlivých kroků výroby odlitků, které zahrnují vše od výroby modelů, až po konečné úpravy bronzových a mosazných odlitků.

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on modern rendition of medals. Their intention is to combination of alloys, but they also use different technologies to achieve the desired results. This is complemented by electroplating individual part sof the casting. When this work was used method of investment casting and bentonite forms. The main objektive of this work was show that the medal as such can be distinguished from the usual ordinarily mined money by casting them to add to the importance and originality. The work contains subjected descriptions of each step of production of casting that include everything from production models, after finishing adjustments of bronze and brass castings.
