Návrh projektu implementace metody SMED pro zvýšení efektivity balících linek

Abstract

This diploma thesis describes project management proposal for implementation of quick batch change over with SMED methodology at packaging lines of pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. Document contains 3 parts. First, the theoretical one, is introduction and base for next parts. Second, the analytical part, describes and evaluates current situation and defines the project target. After evaluation of gained data and observations is in the third part created and evaluated project proposal for SMED implementation with already achieved partial results.
