Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je porozumění současného stavu legislativy ČR a EU v oblastech zkušebnictví a uvádění výrobků na trh. Je zde vysvětlena harmonizace českého a evropského právního řadu. Jsou zde definovány základní pojmy, které vycházejí ze zákona č. 22/1997 Sb., o technických požadavcích na výrobky. Rozebíral se zde vztah, který určuje práva a povinnosti jednotlivých subjektů, počínaje výrobcem až konečným zákazníkem. Jednotlivé části se zabývají problematikou, která vzniká při posuzování shody výrobku před jeho uvedení na trh. S touto problematikou souvisí i značka shody, kterou je označen výrobek, ale také i příslušné prohlášení o shodě. Dále se zde posuzovali správnosti a úplnosti dokladů, které jsou vydány na určitý výrobek po provedení patřičných zkoušek. V neposlední řadě vytvořena kompletní technická dokumentace na „fiktivní“ výrobek.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to understand the current state legislation of the ČR and the EU in the areas of testing and introducing products to the market. There is explained harmonization of Czech and European law, there are defined basic concepts which are based on Act No. 22/1997 Coll. of the technical requirements for products. In this thesis was discussing the relationship that determines the rights and obligations of individual subjects from manufacturer to end customer. Individual parts of thesis deal with the problems, that arise in assessing the conformity of the product before its placing products on the market. These issues are related to the conformity mark which is to identify the product, but also a declaration of conformity. There were also assess the accuracy and completeness of the documents that were issued on a product after the appropriate tests. Last but not least was created complet technical documentation for a „fictitious“ product.
