Zvyšování efektivity výrobního procesu ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Production control can be an underestimated area, but it is crucial for the proper functioning of production processes in a company. Yet, the output of proper production management is an efficient production process in which all capacities are utilized at the maximum level. This thesis deals with the efficiency of production process in a selected enterprise. It also focuses on the proper organization and motivation of the workforce in the workplace, which is crucial for understanding the corporate objectives. Workers should not only work in a properly scheduled environment but also in a suitable position. The aim of the thesis is to set up a suitable workplace layout to reduce the average production time and thus make the whole production processes more efficient. In the theoretical part, a research on the selected topic is carried out. In the practical part, measures leading to higher efficiency of the production process are proposed and the benefits of the proposed measures are evaluated.
