Strategie regenerace průmyslových lokalit městské aglomerace

Abstract

Main goal of this thesis is to propose possibilities of regeneration of the town industrial zones based on the evaluation during past 20 years. The first part of thesis explaines principles of regeneration of the industrial zones. The second part contains evaluation of the industrial development of Karvina in last 20 years with the intention of the industrial zone creation. Conclusion presents case study of transformation from the brownfields to the industrial zones.
