Hospodaření příspěvkové organizace v oblasti sociálních služeb

Abstract

Diplomová práce na téma "Hospodaření příspěvkové organizace v oblasti sociálních služeb". Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo zhodnotit a porovnat hospodaření příspěvkové organizace Klíč - centrum sociálních služeb v Olomouci v letech 2009–2013. Teoretická část je zaměřena na organizaci a financování sociálních služeb v České republice. Dále je zde popsána historie, postavení, formy, typy a kvalita sociálních služeb. Praktická část je věnována zhodnocení hospodaření vybrané příspěvkové organizace. Závěrečná kapitola je zaměřena na zhodnocení hospodaření této organizace a na návrhy ke zlepšení podmínek pro poskytování sociálních služeb.

My diploma thesis is focused on the topic "Financial Management of Allowance Organization on the Sphere of Social Services". Main goal of my diploma thesis was to evaluate and compare economy of allowance organization Key - centre of social services in Olomouc in 2009–2013. The theoretical part is focused on the organization of social services in the Czech Republic. It further describes history, position, form, types and quality of social services. The practical part is devoted to evaluation of the management selected allowance organization. In the final part is included evaluation of the management of this organization with suggestions to improve the conditions for the provision of social services.
