Optimalizace podnikových procesů v malé logistické firmě

Abstract

The aim of this work is designation of business process by using dynamic simulation and software Witness. In the first part of thiswork are described theoretical possibilites of process management, the principles of process modeling, general process model, dynamic simulation and the properties of Witness. In the second part are described and categorized the business process and the basic static view on the system with using knowledge of process management and the UML diagrams. System is modelated in two variants, the first enable the detail view on the system, the second approach is contextual. The part of chapter is also comparing these two models. There are designed four variants of optimization, based on experiments with model in Witness enviromnment. The result of the best one is the process acceleration, which can both save time and increase the number of closed deals and also increase the performance and profit of choosen company.
