Abstract
Topic of my final thesis is Business plan: The Establishment of a Franchising Business Abroad. Using available information, data from specific indicators and of analytical methods I analyzed market and conditions to set up and develop business in states of Central America .
Based on need of fictive company, Panama was choosed as selected market. Based on information was prepared business plan to set up and develop business in selected market with all necessary steps.
