Komparace informačních center města Veselí nad Moravou a blízkého okolí

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat TIC Veselska, Informační centrum Baťův kanál, TIC Strážnicko a TIC Uherský Ostroh z hlediska spokojenosti zákazníků, kvality poskytovaných služeb, vybavenosti a přístupu personálu ke klientům. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmů cestovního ruchu, destinace a turistické informační centra. V praktické části jsou charakterizována vybraná informační centra a ze zjištěných informací a výsledků získaných z dotazníkového šetření je provedena komparace.

The aim of this bachelor work is to compare tourist information center of "Veselsko" region, information center "Baťův kanál", tourist information center of "Strážnicko" and tourist information center "Uherský Ostroh" from the following points of view - customers´ satisfaction, quality of provided services, facilities and access of the staff towards the clients. Bachelor work is devided into the theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on describing the definitions of tourism, destinations and tourist information centers. In the practical part there are characterized chosen information centers and from the identified information and results acquired from the questionnaire survey the comparison is made.
