Abstract

The theme of this thesis is to analyze the structure of purchases retail customers. The aim is to determine the structure and typology of purchases of customers who realize these purchases. The basic element which should bring this research is the idea of what kind of customers visiting the store, what products they buy and draft recommendations, which should improve the position of watch store in the eyes of customers. The research was conducted at the company's retail store Hruška s. r. o. The data were collected using the methods of observation, interviews and analysis of written sources in the form of receipts. The result was to determine the structure of shoppers and their purchases, on that basis it was proposed several suggestions and recommendations, which should help the shop to improve their position in a monitoring market.
