Abstract

JURČO, Ľuboš. Residential building. Ostrava 2021. The diploma thesis, VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering. Supervisor of diploma thesis: prof. Ing. Darja Kubečková, Ph.D. The subject of this diploma is the elaboration of the construction part of the project documentation in the stage – documentation for the construction. Residential building is designed as a brick building, partially basement building with four floors. The building is covered with a flat roof. The content of the diploma thesis is an accompanying report and technical report with a drawing part. It also includes the thermal technical assessment of peripheral structores and the energy label of the building envelope prepared in accordance with ČSN 73 0540-2 [1], and static design and assessment of a reinforced concrete gutter.
