Finanční analýza společnosti působící ve stavebnictví

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu společnosti působící ve stavebnictví. Cílem práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví podniku pomocí několika vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé zdroje potřebné k provedení finanční analýzy a dále jsou vysvětleny vybrané finanční ukazatele a metody finanční analýzy. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci jednotlivých ukazatelů a využití dat vybrané společnosti. Výsledky finanční analýzy jsou na konci práce shrnuty a jsou zde uvedena i možná doporučení, co by společnost mohla zlepšit.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the financial analysis of a company operating in the construction industry. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the company using a few selected financial analysis indicators. In the theoretical part, the different sources needed to perform financial analysis are described and the selected financial ratios and financial analysis methods are explained. The practical part focuses on the application of each indicator and the use of data of the selected company. The results of the financial analysis are summarized at the end of the paper and possible recommendations are given on what the company could improve.
