Abstract

This thesis addresses the Regional study of the built-family houses. The work includes solutions to urban areas, which includes the division of land, design of transport infrastructure, technical infrastructure, and public areas are designed with the urban furniture, daily recreation space and planting new vegetation. Solved site is located in the cadastral territory of New Malín. Detailed attention is drawn Option "A", which is economically and functionally efficient.
