Improvizované ukrytí v domácnostech: Postupy a doporučení pro krizové situace

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of improvised sheltering in households in the event of a declared state of war. The aim of the thesis is to provide practical recommendations for the population on creating an effective shelter in a family home that would offer basic protection against external threats. The study analyzes various forms of protection, evaluates their effectiveness, and proposes optimal procedures for adapting ordinary spaces to crisis situations. Two solution variants are compared – one with a limited budget and the other with nearly ideal conditions. The result is a comprehensive manual that can serve as a guide for preparing for crisis situations in the Czech Republic.
