Aplikace metody FMEA při zlepšování procesu montáže traktorů

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je aplikace metody FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) na proces montáže traktorů ve společnosti ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. Teoretická část je věnována současnému přístupu k aplikaci metody FMEA a popisu metody FMEA návrhu výrobku a FMEA procesu. V praktické části je provedena aplikace metody FMEA na již probíhající proces montáže traktorů. Aplikace metody FMEA byla provedena na část procesu montáže, u kterého byl stanoven častý výskyt vad. Výsledkem byla identifikace možných vad a jejich příčin a navrhnutí vhodných opatření ke zlepšení procesu.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is application of the method FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) to process of assembly of tractors in the company ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. The theoretic part is dedicate to contemporary attitude,to application of the method FMEA, to the description of the method FMEA, to design of product and to the process FMEA. In the practical part is made use of the method FMEA on the function process of assembly of tractors. The application of the method FMEA was made on the part of process of assembly, where was determined frequent occurrence of failures. The outcome of the practical part was the identification of possible failures and their causes, and suggestions of convenient arrangements to make the process better.
