Hodnocení důsledků aplikace regulačních opatření ve vybrané pojišťovně

Abstract

The goal of the thesis is consequences assessment of the regulatory measures application in Česká podnikatelská pojišťovna, a. s. The first theoretical part focuses characteristics of the basic concepts of Czech insurance market and its regulation. In the second methodic part are described means of controlling Solvency I, Solvency II, and also the basic methods of assessing the solvency of insurance companies. In the last part, part of application, is shortly introduced chosen insurance company, there is also analysis of evolution the basic characteristics, and is calculationed solvency of chosen insurance company through method of assessing basic financial indicators and method of solvency margin. This part of thesis also includes the subsequent evaluation of the results.
