Zavádění systému Jidoka v podmínkách společnosti Continental Automotive Czech Republic, s. r. o.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu před zavedením systému Jidoka ve společnosti Continenal ve Frenštátě pod Radhoštěm a stavem po zavedení automatické Jidoky. Jidoka je nástroj, který se používá k lepším výsledkům kvality. Praktická část se zaměřuje na implementaci automatické Jidoky a sběru klíčových ukazatelů. Pro analýzu současného stavu a stavu po zavedení je využit sběr dat, ze kterého se získává FPY. A v závěru jsou uvedena zhodnocení zavedení, úspora a zároveň další doporučení, která jsou získána na základě zkušeností nabytých při zavádění.

The Diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the current state before the introduction (implementation) of the Jidoka system in Continental in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm and the state after the introduction (implementation) of the automatic Jidoka. Jidoka is tool which is used for the better results of quality. The practical part focuses on the implementation of automatic Jidoka and collection of key indicators. Data collection was used for the analysis of the current state and the state after implementation, from which was obtained FPY. In the conclusion are mentioned evaluation of implementation, savings and at the same time other recommendations which have been gained on the basis of the experience obtained during the implementation.
