Systémová analýza vybraného logistického procesu.

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the internal analysis of the logistics process at the Eurofab production plan in Jihlava. In the theoretical part, it describes the concepts and definitions of logistic systems, mainly dealing with logistics in the area of planning and production control. The practical part of the diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and description of the internal structure of the production hall, describes the transition from production codes to RFID technology, installation of new machinery and software equipment of the company. The final part of the diploma thesis focuses on the verification of the solution and the economic evaluation of the investments embedded in the new structure of the production hall.
