Abstract

This thesis deals with the strategy for Employees´ Development in the enterprise. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the development strategy for Employees´ Development to focus on training in the company. Using a questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis to evaluate the system of business education. Based on these methods propose solutions for improvement. The thesis is divided into five chapters. It begins the first chapter, an introduction. The second chapter focuses on the theory of the theme. The third chapter is a chapter of analysis. Includes description of the methods and procedures of work, past and present in the enterprise, business education. This chapter is an evaluation questionnaire, which focuses on employee satisfaction with business education. The last part of this chapter is a SWOT analysis of business education. The fourth chapter includes suggestions and recommendations. The last chapter is the conclusion.
