Abstract

The bachelor thesis describes an establishment of a limited liability company. The aim of this work is to establish a fictitious company and create a business plan.The theoretical part is dedicated to basic informations about business. There are also introduced and compared legal forms of business. The practical part describes the procedure of establishment of limited liability company which business is in accommodation services and also a business plan of the company. At the end of the practical part there are completed documents related to the establishment of the company.
