Abstract

Thé topic of my thesis is - a partner in a limited liability company. Bachelor's thesis will be divided into three chapters. In the first chapter will be given characteristic of a limited company, all the essential elements that are important for the establishment, and termination of life. The second chapter will focus only on shareholders of the company and specifically on their rights and obligations. The third chapter is designed as a practical example in which I will deal mainly a social contract and then solving the representation of shareholders by proxy at a general meeting. Finally, I would like to mention that in the practical part is only a fictitious company and the whole characteristic of the company are my imaginary data. The aim of this paper is to describe theoretically limited company with a focus on rights and obligations of shareholders. In the practical part, I would like applied the theoretical knowledge to practical solutions to society and said the current problem in a society.
