Abstract

The subject of the doctoral dissertation thesis is a description and analysis of the determinative factors affecting the airtightness of energy-efficient buildings. Airtightness along with other factors such as heat transfer coefficient, the mean heat transfer coefficient, specific heat for heating and the specific primary energy consumption are the basic factors for the evaluation of the energy performance of buildings. The quality of airtight building envelope except for low energy consumption also minimizes the risk of damage to the structure associated with the spread of the heat and water vapor in the structure. The objective is to define and analyze relevant factors influencing the airtightness of buildings using analytical and statistical methods. It is necessary to pay attention to the derivative factors in whole process of building of airtightness. Carefully and thoroughly conducted analysis provides information and recommendations for improving the quality and limitations of errors.
