Abstract

The aim of thesis called "Processing Strategic Analysis of the Transport Company" is to based on the strategic analysis in the conditions of the NH - TRANS, SE company recognize factors that affect internal and external company environment and proposal opportunities to its growth. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes explanations of basic terms of strategic management and also describes various methods of strategic analysis. In practical part is selected method applied to the selected organization. After evaluating strategic analysis are proposed recommendations that can help to the development of the company.
