Abstract

Numerical analysis are key computing tools nowadays. Finite Element Method became primary objective computation aids in all technical spheres – mechanical engineering, electrical industry etc. It’s used to development, design and construction new products, in some case for customization of measurement or used materials of existing devices. Indisputable advantage of Finite Element Method are graphic outputs. In short time these outputs serve answer, how simulated elements would work in real. The Finite Element Method gives simplification, acceleration and reduction the price of concept and new element’s (devices) production. In diploma work will be describe construction, function, warming and cooling of transformer. The key point of this diploma work is show how make a model of transformer in CAD software and then simulate warming and cooling of transformer by Finite Element Method in computational software.
