Abstract

Theoretical and Practical Aspects of the Transition from Natural Person Business to Legal Entity Business. The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is characteristic of natural person business and business of Ltd. Method causes of the transition from natural person business to Ltd. which were discribed methods of accounting operations and impacts on individual businesses. The selected entity was performed by contribution of assets into Ltd. and subsequently analyzed with other methods. Based on this analysis, the use of theoretical and practical knowledge has been proposed method to transition from natural person to Ltd.
