Zhodnocení přínosu zavedení klimatizace na vybraných důlních pracovištích

Abstract

The aim of the magister thesis is to consider the effectivity of investment to air-conditioning. In this work we described the characteristics of OKD, a. s. company and the characteristics of Paskov Mine. We focus on theoretical aspect where we precisely describe the evaluation methods for investment. Then we describe the state of air-conditioning, ventilation of underground mines, microclimatic conditions in mine work places etc. Finally, we focus on the evaluation of effectivity of investment using the method of productivity, the repayment period, net present value and internal rate of return. In conclusion we give the final comparison of effectivity.
