Měření spokojenosti zákazníků rodinného statku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on customers contentment measurement. The main purpose is to measure the customers total satisfaction and detect where they found out about this company. The thesis aims to identify, which product is the most important for the customers and which possibilities does the company have to gain new customers and increasing their total satisfaction. The final analysis is based on questionnaire survey. Within the framework of recommendations were suggested some actions, useful for increasing the contentment and new customers.
