Abstract

The topic of the master's thesis was satisfaction measurement of customers in a mountain resort. The aim of the thesis was to find out total customer satisfaction with the mountain resort and partial satisfaction with particular services provided. Marketing research was realized on the basis of quantitative method using personally delivered questionnaires. Based on the results of this research, suggestions and recommendations to increase customer satisfaction of the mountain resort were proposed in the thesis.
