Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the disposal and methods of processing waste from light sources with mercury content and the design of improved waste treatment technology. It describes the types of light sources, principles, their division and current methods of processing selected types of waste. The practical part will be devoted to individual procedures in laboratory tests of heat treatment. In the chapter of evaluation and discussion, the results of the measured values will be evaluated and compared with the recycling of light sources abroad.
