Abstract

In my Master Thesis I was engaging by motivation employees in a company.

In the theoretical I was concerned with defining the concept of motivation, work motivation, employee motivation, sources of motivation. I also characterized motivational programs, motivational techniques, the process of motivation, motivational theory and modern motivational strategies.

In the practical part I examined the level of motivation of employees in the company TOUAX Ltd.. The evaluation was conducted by questionnaire. I learned the ways of motivating the respondents' replies, and what incentives are used in society.
