Summary Analysis of Employee Satisfaction Bc. Martina Krčová key words: employees satisfaction, motivation of employees, sociological survey, questionnaire

The goal of this diploma work is employees satisfaction analysis in working environment area, working conditions, remuneration of employees and proposals to improve problem areas in NEVA company which products are sunblinds. This company for shielding technology is situated in Prostejov.

An introduction part contains goals, second part contains theoretical resorts which is good for practical part of work in motivation area, employees satisfaction and sociological survey. Following third part contains brief characteristic of NEVA company.

Practical part contains problems of employees satisfaction, analysis of research methods and interpretation of individual questions in questionnaire with summary.

At the end, there are proposals and recommendations because of workplace dissatisfaction factors, methods of employees remuneration and information transmission in company.
