Abstract

Work about Legal and economic aspects of contract concluding between traders is devided into two parts, that is theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part is dedicated to the description of particular steps leading to the contract conlusion, from the contract proposal to the conlusion itself. It is also dedicated to the legislation of contract conluding in accordance with the Commercial law. At first specific procedures and situations of contract conluding are described in general and then there is a process of contract conluding in the company MOSAIC spol. s.r.o. The goal of this work is to analyse purchase contracts and subsequently propose correct procedure leading to the contract conlusion.
