Abstract

The topic of my diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the implementation of the construction of an apartment building in Orlová. The apartment building has a basement. In total, it consists of three floors. The residential house provides twelve housing units of various sizes and layouts. On the first underground floor there are common areas such as a carriage house, a bicycle shed, a technical room, and a cellar for each apartment unit. The remaining three floors contain residential units. This diploma thesis also contains a technical assessment of packaging structures, energy label of the building envelope, technical report and static calculation of the stair arm.It is assumed that this will be a procedure for project implementation. The primary goal of the diploma thesis is the drawing part of the project documentation.
