Abstract
My diploma thesis deals with analyse shopping atmosphere in the Retail Chain of Orsay stores. In supplement of my diploma is recording sheet for logging messages from „Mystery shopping“. Obtained data are compared with results from 2008 and 2009.
It was found that the Shopping Atmosphere is still decreasing. On the basis of these results, I have defined suitable suggestions and recommendations, which should improve the shopping atmosphere.
