Abstract

Abstract The aim of bachelor work is employee motivation in the production corporation KVS EKODIVIZE Inc. The target of this work was employee satisfaction monitoring which was found out in this corporation with the assistance of the questionnaire. On the basis of questionnaire recommendation for increase employee satisfaction was suggested to the corporation. The bachelor work itself has got several parts. The work’s introduction is followed by a theoretic part with the main motivation conception. The main notions of motivation are in this part. The practical part is opened by an introduction of KVS EKODIVIZE Inc. There is its development, the organizational structure and the business objective. The main attention in practical part is paid to analysis of data gained by a questionnaire search. Acquire information is elaborated into graphs and explanations. In the next chapter are recommended measures to increase emproyees satisfaction.
