The topic of the diploma thesis is an arrangement of heating and ventilation in a medical centre. This diploma thesis is devided into two parts, the construction part and TZB. The construction part is concerned with issues of medical centre and includes three doctor´s offices. In the second upper-floor utility rooms is suggested, however with no acces to schema_dspacedb. Main part of the project suggests a layout plan that presents calculation energetic overall results of heat loss including establishing need for heat. This part is followed by lay-out plan of dimension of heating unit and heating in combination with heating pump. Forced airing will be provided by universal unit with recuperation
