Abstract

This thesis deals with creating of a marketing strategy proposal of a horse back riding school Pohořany. The work includes a situational analysis of external and internal environment of the riding school as a company. One of the integral parts of the work is a marketing research aimed at potentional customers. The thesis also contains some suggestions and propositions , how the school should operate in the environment of competitive market of services. There is a marketing mix strategy included as well, which is focused at communication strategies of a riding school. The result of the thesis are specific propositions and suggestions that would lead to reaching the strategic aimes of the company.
