Geometrický plán pro vyznačení budovy v k. ú. Palkovice

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci se zabývám vyhotovením geometrického plánu pro vyznačení budovy v k.ú. Palkovice. V teoretické části popisuji historii katastru nemovitostí a jeho obsah, náležitosti geometrického plánu a náležitosti záznamu podrobného měření změň. V praktické části se věnuji popisu lokalitě, geodetickým pracím v terénu a následně vyhotovení geometrického plánu a záznamu podrobného měření změň v programech Geus a Geometr.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the survey sketch for designation of the building in the cadastre unit Palkovice. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe the history and content of the real estate cadastre, the requirements of the survey sketch and the requirements for documentation of detailed survey of changes. The practical part is focused on description of the location, field survey, and then creating a survey sketch and documentation of detailed survey of changes using the Geus and Geometr programs.
