Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on implementation of project management method PRINCE2® and additional methods of operational research on information technology project. This thesis focuses on introduction of chosen methods and their usage benefits. The practical part describes the life cycle of the project under review, ending with an evaluation of the use of these methods. The thesis also includes proposals on how the methods presented can be used better and how the company implementing this project could proceed in the future.
