Abstract
The dissertation deals with tourist view-tower made of wooden-based materials. This dissertation contains recherché and review of existing tourist view-towers. The primary concern of this work is to design the layout of three different view-towers and design and state estimation of individual components, chosen connections, anchoring and footing. The dissertation also contains state estimation of atmospheric, chemical and fire endurance. All the components and connections comply with both ultimate states. The review was performed according to norms ČSN EN.
