Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the motivation of employees in production in the enterprise of automotive industry. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the motivation of employees, motivational theories and remuneration of employees and a description of the selected production company. The practical part analyzes the job satisfaction of employees using a questionnaire survey and also contains recommendations for the company's management on how to achieve better motivation and employee satisfaction.
