Abstract
The bachelor thesis provides information about history of the mortgage market in the Czech Republic as well as indicative orientation in the mortgage market. The theoretic part of the thesis focuses on characteristics of the mortgage credit parameters. The application part has been devoted to comparison of elementary types of mortgage credits of selected banks on a model sample.
