Abstract
The subject of this bachelor thesis is a documentation of a family house with a surgery. The house is located in cadastral land of Zábřeh nad Odrou, district of Ostrava on the building plot number 673/3, 961. The site is in a peaceful residential location of Ostrava-Zábřeh, which is the territory ready for building family houses, small-scale public utilities and social living. Architectural solution and layout stresses the location of the house and separate rooms according to the cardinal points. The family house consists of a living space and working space - the surgery. The living space is designed as one-family house with a ground floor, first floor and an attic. The surgery is only on the first floor.
