Požární ochrana v Národním parku Šumava

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou požární ochrany na území Národního parku Šumava. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav požární ochrany v kontextu jeho historického vývoje, legislativního rámce a organizačního zajištění. Práce se zaměřuje na specifika území Národního parku Šumava z hlediska rizik, souvisejících s požární ochranou, včetně vlivu bezzásahových zón, klimatických změn, zvýšeného objemu dřevní hmoty a přítomnosti nevybuchlé munice. Dále jsou popsány klíčové prvky požární ochrany v Národním parku Šumava, včetně jednotky požární ochrany Správy Národního parku Šumava. Práce dále hodnotí současný stav požární ochrany na území Národního parku Šumava a na základě analýzy jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení stavu požární ochrany.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of fire protection in the Šumava National Park. The main topic of the thesis is analysed the current statement of fire protection in the context of its historical development, legislation and organisational provision. The thesis focuses on the specifics of the area of the Šumava National Park in terms of risks related to fire protection, including the impact of intervention-free areas, climate changes, increasing number of timbers and the presence of unexploded ammunition. What is more, the key elements of fire protection in Šumava National Park are described, including the fire department of the Šumava National Park Administration. The thesis also assesses the current statement of fire protection in the Šumava National Park and, which is based on the analysis, proposes measures to improve the statement of fire protection.
