Likvidace obchodní korporace na základě rozhodnutí soudu

Abstract

This diploma thesis describes process of the liquidation based on decision of the court, including the role of liquidator during this process. The aim of the thesis is to capture and describe chronologically whole process of the liquidation of a business corporation - from its dissolution to its cessation, which means deletion from the Company register. Attention is also paid on a liquidator appointed by the court, his competences to perform a function, law and order and responsibilities. Final part of the thesis is focused on possibilities of speeding up and facilitating the liquidation, whereas the whole process of liquidation is shown on a real example. Deduction of an approximate number of „dead companies“ along with prediction of its evolution is added as well. Based on previous findings, possible starting points are formulated.
