Analýza řešení dluhů fyzické osoby

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza řešení dluhů fyzické osoby. Cílem práce bylo porovnat rozdíly mezi insolvenčním a exekučním řízením a také nalézt nejvhodnější způsob řešení dluhů z hlediska dlužníka. Teoretická část je věnována problematice zadluženosti a charakteristice insolvenčního a exekučního řízení včetně jejich průběhu a způsobů provedení. V praktické části jsou zpracovány vybrané situace dlužníků a porovnány s jiným typem řízení. Výsledkem této práce je vyhodnocení rozdílů mezi oběma řízeními.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is the debts solution analysis of individual. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to compare the differences between the insolvency proceeding and the exekutory proceeding, and also to find the most appropriate way of solving debts from the point of view of the debtor. The theoretical part is devoted to issues of indebtedness and characteristics of insolvency proceeding and exekutory proceeding, including their course and methods of execution. In the practical part there are selected situations of debtors, which were written up and compared with the another type of proceeding. Finally, the differences between these two proceedings are assessed. The result of this thesis is the evaluation of the differences between the two procedures.
