Transgenní mikroorganismy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem transgenních mikroorganismů. V rámci této bakalářské práce byla provedena rešerše shrnující poznatky o těchto mikroorganismech. Práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku transgenních mikroorganismů a na jejich vznik, dále jsou popsány metody pro přenos genetické informace, jejich využití v průmyslu, medicíně, rostlinné a živočišné výrobě. V závěrečné části je vložena tabulka nejpoužívanějších geneticky modifikovaných mikroorganismů a jako poslední je zmíněna legislativa těchto mikroorganismů.

This bachelor thesis with the study of transgenic microorganisms. As part of this work was performed summarizing research findings these microorganisms. The work is focused on the characterization of transgenic microorganisms and their origin, further describes methods for transferring genetic information, their use in industry, medicine, crop and livestock production. In the final part is inserted a table of the most widely used genetically modified microorganisms and as the last is mentioned legislation of these microorganisms.
