Studie materiálového toku ve strojírenském podniku

Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of material flow in ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Ostrava a.s., and a workplace layout proposal, which should eliminate the waste caused by the unnecessary movement of material. The first part contains a theoretical explanation regarding logistics and material flow. In the practical part there is a description of the current material flow in the company, followed by a proposal that offers a more effective workplace layout, based on the bulk of transported material.
