Působení členů Antikonfliktního týmu PČR při bezpečnostních opatřeních

Abstract

Diplomová práce popisuje historii Antikonfliktního týmu, důvody a potřeba vzniku Antikofliktního týmu v České republice. Jedná se o novou formu preventivní činnosti, komunikace, vyjednávání, informování před služebním zákrokem pod jednotným velením a o demonstraci sil a prostředků Policie České republiky. Použití taktik Policie České republiky během jednotlivých opatření k ochraně života a zdraví osob a veřejného pořádku. V této diplomové práci jsou popsány nové postupy, pro zdokonalení taktiky služebního zákroku policie, které byly vyhodnoceny z provedených chyb.

This thesis explains us the history, reasons and the need of Anti-conflict team beginning in the Czech Republic. It is new form of preventative activities, communication, negotiations, information service before service interposition under uniform command and also force and instrumentality of Police of the Czech Republic demonstration. This thesis describes using of a tactic of Police of the Czech Republic by individual steps to protection of life and men’s health and also public order. There are also described new procedures for improvement of service interposition tactic of Police. These procedures are based on previous mistakes evaluation.
